Founded in January 2022 and launching operations in September 2024 at Amazon’s DEH1 facility in Bathgate, our story is one of dedication, growth, and the special bond that inspired our name.
Our journey began when our director was selected to join the prestigious Amazon 2.0 Delivery Service Partner (DSP) programme, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in Scottish logistics. This exclusive partnership with Amazon demonstrates our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in last-mile delivery services.
After careful preparation and planning, we proudly commenced operations at Amazon’s Bathgate delivery station (DEH1) in September 2024, establishing ourselves as a reliable delivery partner serving communities throughout the region.
The name “Jedox” holds a special place in our hearts, combining the names of our founder Craig’s beloved dogs, Jed and Roxie. These faithful companions embodied the very qualities we bring to our service: loyalty, reliability, and unwavering dedication. Jed, who sadly passed away in December 2024, remains an eternal inspiration for our company’s values and commitment to excellence.
